Savory Beef and Cheese Biscuit Delights…Undecided on the biscuits

This was a recipe that I found on a Facebook page, Homemade Cooking, it was only a post with no website.

This one uses the flaky refrigerated biscuits, I really struggled with the cooking part and may have had a tiny emotional breakdown over them being overdone…. Still on a soft food diet has me a little crazy right now. We have a gas stove, and the heat for the recipe was higher and cook time longer than the biscuits. Plus adding the ingredients, I just felt like the biscuits were getting overdone.

Everyone else loved them, especially with the Au Jus to dip them in. I think I’ll be trying this again, but with a different recipe and maybe slider buns or savory Hawaiian rolls instead.

I didn’t get too fancy with ingredients, store bought deli roast beef and provolone. I used a sauce packet to make the Au Jus, and I got a few different sauces because I don’t have a lot of horseradish fans in the house. The best in my opinion was the Garlic Aioli sauce.
